The Details

  • Look for the orientation dates labeled "Z:New Volunteer Orientation." Pick one that fits into your schedule.

    Z:New Volunteer Orientation
  • Click the green "Sign Up" button beside your chosen date.

    CERVIS Signup button
  • Fill in your personal details: First Name, Last Name, E-mail, and Phone number.
  • Unsure about how much food your bike can carry? No worries, just put "I don't know" or leave it blank. We got you covered! Our seasoned volunteers will be on-site to assist you.
  • Thinking of joining us multiple times? Check the "Remember my contact info on this device" option at the bottom. This saves you time when you sign up for future slots!
  • After your orientation, you're free to sign up for any shifts labeled "A:" or "B:", like "A:Home deliveries- Arrive anytime between 4:30 - 6:30pm".

Step 4

Confirmation and Prep
  • After signing up, look out for an email from volunteer@cascadebicycleclub.org titled "Registration Confirmation". Didn't get it? It might be in your spam folder.
  • This email will have links to add your orientation to your calendar. Plus, you'll get the "Bike Trailer Instructions (3.6 minute read)" and a concise guide on the volunteering activity you've chosen. Be sure to go through these before your orientation. Remember, knowledge is power (and it makes things smoother)!
  • For your future reference, all your upcoming volunteering emails will also have these resource links.

Step 5

Multi-Tasking Made Easy Want to sign up for several dates at once? Log into your volunteer profile. For a quick guide on how to do this, check out our handy instructions here.

Need Help?

Facing hiccups or have questions? We're here to help! Drop us an email at volunteer@cascadebicycleclub.org.

Tip: Using a bike trailer or cargo bike? That's awesome! They're perfect for our Food Rescue Rides, especially when you might be transporting 75 pounds of food or more.

Thanks for being a part of our journey to make a difference! Your efforts are wheels in motion towards a better community.
